Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Balewadi, Pune (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our recruitment team as a Non-IT Recruiter. Whether you have prior recruitment experience or come from a BPO, customer support, sales, HR, or similar background, we will provide the necessary training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, HR, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
