Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Non-IT Recruiter (Retail Fashion) role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for retail fashion positions, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for roles such as store staff, visual merchandisers, fashion advisors, and retail managers. The recruiter will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates. Daily responsibilities include partnering with retail fashion clients to understand role requirements, drafting job postings, conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, and providing regular status updates. The role also includes maintaining recruitment databases, tracking key hiring metrics, and supporting employer branding efforts in the retail fashion space.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for non-IT roles, preferably within retail fashion or related customer-facing industries.
- Hands-on experience in Hiring for volume and niche retail roles, including front-line and mid-management positions.
- Ability to distinguish between IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting and focus primarily on non-IT, retail fashion mandates.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate closely with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with job boards, social media recruiting, and networking to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources, Business, or related field is an advantage.
- Prior agency or in-house recruiting experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
