Non-IT Recruiter (Customer Support & Retail Hiring)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong exposure to Sales, Retail, Customer Service, and Operations hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, including bulk and store-level hiring, in fast-paced business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, Customer Service, and Operations roles
• Hire for positions such as Sales Executive, CRM Executive, Operations Executive, Customer Support, etc.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and walk-ins
• Conduct HR screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and regional stakeholders
• Handle offer negotiations, rollouts, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure adherence to defined TAT
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming store hiring

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing, screening, and bulk hiring capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume hiring environment

Qualifications

• Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
• Experience in Retail, Luxury, FMCG, or Consumer businesses is an added advantage

Employment Details

This role is initially offered as a 6-month contractual position.

Based on performance and business needs, the contract may be extended or converted into a full-time permanent role with the client company.
