Role Description
Trend Works is seeking a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include creating effective recruitment strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline for various roles across non-technical domains. The recruiter will also ensure compliance with hiring policies and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and staffing processes.
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting, with a focus on identifying and engaging diverse talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in corporate recruitment or staffing agencies is preferred.
