Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-IT Recruiter, based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and providing updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Experience in Recruiting and Non-IT Recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and connect with potential candidates effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the recruitment industry within a non-IT domain is a plus
