Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with experience in lateral hiring across industries such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Engineering, Automobile, FMCG, and other non-IT sectors. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure of mid-level and senior-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT lateral hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and databases.
- Work on bulk and niche hiring for Manufacturing, BFSI, Engineering, Sales, Operations, SCM, Finance, HR, and support functions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up for interview feedback and offer rollouts.
- Manage salary negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Understand client/business requirements and deliver profiles within TAT.
- Ensure good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Non-IT recruitment and lateral hiring.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing/BFSI/Engineering hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and close positions within deadlines.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing mid-level and senior-level candidates.
- Familiar with recruitment lifecycle and hiring metrics.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
