Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Non-IT Recruiter located at our Bengaluru office. The Non-IT Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves collaborating with team leads to understand staffing needs, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The recruiter will also ensure a seamless onboarding process to align with the company's hiring and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring for varied roles, with an emphasis on non-technical positions.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage recruitment requirements effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
