We are seeking an experienced Jr Recruiter (Non- IT) professional with strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and building people processes in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role will lead end-to-end HR functions, ensure smooth operations, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build hiring strategies to attract top talent across departments.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage HR policies, employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Streamline HR processes to support scale-up and operational efficiency.
• Handle HRMS tools and digital platforms for employee management.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
• Build strong employee engagement and retention practices.
• Drive performance management, training, and development programs.
• Support leadership in strengthening company culture aligned with startup values.
• Strategic HR & Business Partnership
• Partner with management in workforce planning and organizational design.
• Provide HR insights for decision-making and scaling operations.
• Lead HR projects such as policies, employee wellness, and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a startup or high-growth company.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred
• Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch in a startup.
• Exposure to technology-driven HR tools and analytics.
• Any graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
