Controls Specialist - Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting

Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring control frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance with MiFID II, EMIR, Asia and CFTC, SEC, CAD regulatory reporting requirements. Establish key controls, metrics, and surveillance mechanisms to detect reporting anomalies, perform regular control testing, and maintain comprehensive control documentation. Partner with first-line teams to embed controls and drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Job Requirements

Mode: 5 days from office (Transportation will be provided)

Key Activities

• kaizen and DROIT implementation
• Design and implement control frameworks for regulatory reporting
• Develop KPIs, KRIs, and monitoring dashboards
• Perform control testing and effectiveness assessments
• Maintain control documentation and RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)
• Oversee data quality controls and reconciliation processes
