Job Overv
iew:We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-EB Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims for non-employee benefits (Non-EB) policies. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely claim settlements, and adherence to regulatory and company guideli
nes.

- ties:Evaluate, process, and settle Non-EB insurance claims efficie
- ntly.Review claim submissions, validate supporting documents, and ensure compliance with policy t
- erms.Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inqui
- ries.Conduct investigations for complex claims, liaising with assessors and legal teams when requ
- ired.Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in claim settlem
- ents.Prepare and submit claim reports, updates, and analysis to manage
ment.
Qualifica
- tions:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (prefe
- rred).Experience: Proven experience in handling Non-EB insurance c
laims.
- Skills:Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requir
- ements.Strong analytical and problem-solving
- skills.Excellent communication and customer service
- skills.Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools is
