About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute automated test strategies across frontend, backend, and AI systems
- Perform API validation and ensure reliability of service integrations
- Evaluate LLM outputs, including hallucination detection and response accuracy
- Validate “self-healing” and agentic workflows to prevent unintended behaviors
- Develop test cases for end-to-end system validation and regression testing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality across releases
- Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure overall system stability, performance, and quality assurance
