About the role

Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Analyst will support product development by managing product documentation, analyzing usage data, assisting with sprint coordination, and serving as a subject matter expert across internal teams. This role is essential in keeping product operations organized, ensuring clarity in requirements, and helping teams and stakeholders stay aligned with product goals. What You'll Do: Create and maintain feature specs, release notes, and user guides that help internal teams understand how the product works. Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with product vision and business goals, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the development team. Collaborate with the Head of Product and Engineering team to track story progress and ensure timelines are clear. Analyze product usage and performance data to identify trends, inform prioritization, and drive improvements. Help gather, document, and clarify requirements from internal stakeholders to support product planning. Support the Business Data Analyst team and other internal groups with training and materials for new features. Assist with user testing and QA by validating that new features meet user expectations and business needs. Develop a strong understanding of Noldor's product to assist in answering internal questions and surfacing feedback. Who You Are: 1–2 years of experience in a product, business, or data analyst role—experience with SaaS or enterprise software is a plus Comfortable working with product documentation and technical concepts like APIs or data structures (you don't have to code!) Curious, detail-oriented, and able to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable insights Strong communication skills, especially in writing—able to create clean, easy-to-follow documentation Analytical mindset—you enjoy diving into data, spotting patterns, and making recommendations Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job
