At NOK Human Capital, we believe that attracting and retaining top talent starts with a strong employer brand and a proactive sourcing strategy. We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team and drive our talent attraction efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a mass hiring database to support high-volume recruitment. Source and headhunt candidates from social media groups, channels, and LinkedIn to build a strong talent pipeline. Attend job fairs and industry events to network with potential candidates and promote our employer brand. Filter candidate databases through email, WhatsApp, and Telegram channels to ensure effective outreach and engagement. Create and publish job posts and content on social media, leveraging tools like Canva to design engaging job advertisements. Oversee media buying activities on social media and Google AdWords to enhance job post visibility and attract the right talent. Moderate messages and comments on social media platforms to ensure positive candidate engagement. Manage and collaborate with external marketing agencies for digital marketing activities related to employer branding and talent acquisition. Develop and manage content for career pages, social media, and employer review platforms. Work closely with HR and Marketing teams to maintain a consistent and compelling employer brand message. Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Who We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, employer branding, or recruitment at staffing agencies, business outsourcing companies, or internal talent acquisition teams. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and employer branding strategies. Proficiency in LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, and Boolean search to source and engage top talent. Experience in content creation, job post design (using Canva), and social media management. Familiarity with media buying, digital marketing strategies, and Google AdWords for recruitment campaigns. Excellent storytelling and engagement skills to attract top talent. Ability to analyze talent trends and optimize sourcing approaches. Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive sourcing mindset.
