About the Role  

As the Marketing Manager for NoFraud, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company's marketing initiatives and generating pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and support the sales and customer success teams to close and retain revenue.


You will  

  • Execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns to promote NoFraud's solutions, targeting key industry verticals and buyer personas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product to help develop campaign assets and get them into the market.
  • Drive demand generation activities through various channels, including field marketing, digital marketing, partner marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Plan and execute in-person and remote field marketing initiatives, including conferences, dinners, webinars, and other events. This includes traveling to events and managing all on-site operations and partners.
  • Develop comprehensive partner co-marketing initiatives by coordinating joint events, developing co-branded content assets, and strategically integrating partner offerings into existing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to develop compelling sales enablement tools and assets, including presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and training to support the sales cycle and drive demand effectively.
  • Support marketing programs, campaigns and additional assets with content and messaging for Customer Success readiness to drive adoption of new and existing features. Develop customer success assets with consistent messaging to support strategic direction and highlight ongoing value to customers.
  • Manage site monitoring, maintenance, and responses for app marketplaces and analyst reports. Develop campaigns to drive new reviews and partner with the Customer Success team to engage current customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure effective GTM strategies, including product launches, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition cost, to optimize marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.


You have  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS and/or the fraud prevention space, with a focus on demand generation and field marketing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach.io).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and proactively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels within a remote, distributed team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing automation, content creation, and campaign optimization, with the ability to strategically integrate AI capabilities into marketing workflows.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a genuine interest in fraud prevention and cybersecurity.
