About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing scalable backend applications using Node.js and possess hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions that meet our clients' complex business needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, frontend developers, and cloud architects, to deliver high-quality software solutions that are robust, secure, and efficient.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Node.js development, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services such as Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Function Apps.
- Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management (APIM), Application Insights, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Azure certification(s) is a plus, demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implement and manage Azure cloud solutions, including Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Function Apps, to support enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain Azure Key Vault for secure storage of keys and secrets.
- Develop and publish APIs through Azure API Management, ensuring proper security and documentation.
- Monitor application performance using Application Insights and implement necessary optimizations.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, cloud engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
