Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Node.js Developer Intern (Unpaid). The intern will assist in building and maintaining backend systems using Node.js, as well as collaborate with the development team to implement efficient APIs and server-side logic. Responsibilities include debugging code, implementing features, and supporting other development tasks. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and make tangible contributions to innovative projects within Small Fare®.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript and working knowledge of front-end development and back-end web development
- Experience or familiarity with Node.js and Redux.js for building web-based applications
- Interest or experience in software development processes and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of database management and API integration (preferred but not required)
