Role Overview:

We are looking for a Node.js Developer Intern who is interested in backend development, API design, and server-side programming. This role offers in-depth exposure to building scalable backend systems and working with real-world application architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js

* Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications

* Handle server-side logic, authentication, and data processing

* Work with databases such as MongoDB or SQL for efficient data management

* Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability

* Debug, test, and troubleshoot server-side issues

* Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration

* Follow best practices in coding, security, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

* Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+)

* Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend development concepts

* Familiarity with Express.js or similar frameworks

* Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming

* Basic knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)

* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with backend or API-based projects

* Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)

* Basic understanding of deployment and cloud environments

* Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
