Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and growth-oriented Node.js Developer who wants to work in
a product-based environment. In this role, you will contribute to the core backend systems that
power our applications.
You won’t just build APIs — you will take ownership of backend modules, ensure system
reliability, and support the product’s long-term stability. We value developers who think beyond
implementation and understand how backend performance, security, and structure directly
impact user experience.
You will work closely with frontend, product, and database teams to deliver scalable and
maintainable backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Module Ownership: Take responsibility for backend modules and APIs you develop.
Ensure they remain stable, secure, and maintainable over time.
● API Development: Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
● Business Logic Implementation: Implement clean and structured server-side logic with
proper validation and error handling.
● Database Management: Work with MySQL databases to design queries and manage
data efficiently.
● System Reliability: Ensure backend services handle errors properly and perform
consistently under normal load.
● Continuous Improvement: Identify improvements in API structure, database queries,
and code quality.
● Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers and product teams to support
feature implementation.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
● Core Backend: 1–3 years of professional experience with Node.js and Express.js.
● API Development: Strong experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
● Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL.
● Authentication: Basic understanding of JWT or session-based authentication.
● JavaScript Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
● Version Control: Professional experience using Git (GitHub/GitLab).
Bonus Points (Value-Add – Not Mandatory)

● Experience with TypeScript in backend development
● Basic understanding of Redis or caching mechanisms
