Job Overview
We are looking for a Node.js Developer with 1.5 to 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to building scalable backend systems and APIs for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions while continuously enhancing your technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js
- Design, build, and enhance RESTful APIs
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and backend development concepts
- Experience with frameworks like Express.js
- Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design
- Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Understanding of frontend frameworks (React/Angular) or TDD is an added advantage
