Role Description
The Node.js Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications using Node.js. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 2. Key responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, integrating with front-end components, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting and debugging, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and back-end development fundamentals
- Experience with building scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time event-driven applications
- Proficiency in database management systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex server-side issues
- Strong understanding of Git and version control systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
