We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Node.js Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for someone who has at least 2 year of practical experience and is eager to work on real-world web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, and scalable backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Express.js
- Build and integrate REST APIs
- Work with MongoDB/MySQL databases
- Debug and fix application issues
- Collaborate with frontend developers and the product team
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Participate in feature development and product improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience with Node.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Express.js and REST API development
- Familiarity with MongoDB/MySQL databases
- Basic understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, sessions, etc.)
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows
- Ability to debug and solve backend-related issues
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and API integrations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience working on real-world or production applications
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js and Typescript
- Knowledge of WebSockets
- Basic Linux/server deployment knowledge
- Basic experience working with LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience with Docker
