Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Node.js Architect with strong expertise in Angular and NestJS to design and build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will lead architectural decisions, mentor teams, and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures using Node.js & NestJS
- Lead end-to-end system design, including microservices and distributed systems
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate Angular-based applications seamlessly
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and team guidance
- Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and cloud infrastructure
- Drive API design (REST/GraphQL) and system integrations
- Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Node.js (8+ years)
- Hands-on experience with NestJS framework
- Solid experience in Angular (latest versions preferred)
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture & distributed systems
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
- Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning
