Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Management
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for executive-level projects in direct collaboration with the CEO.
- Develop and refine high-value proposals for new contracts, ensuring technical accuracy and competitive positioning.
- Anticipate roadblocks in the CEO's workflow and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the Executive Office remains ahead of schedule.
- Successfully navigate ambiguous project requirements, pivoting quickly as company priorities shift.
Executive & Stakeholder Partnership
- Build and maintain strong relationships as a representative of the Executive Office when interacting with executive-level clients and internal leadership.
- Facilitate high-stakes meetings with internal and external teams, providing transparent updates and driving actionable outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across the C-Suite, addressing concerns and aligning disparate teams toward a singular vision.
Organizational Navigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of CEO-led tasks.
- Act as a diplomatic connector, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting open communication to move projects across the finish line.
- Influence without authority to gather necessary data and resources from various departments.
Content Excellence & Production
- Develop compelling speaking scripts, keynote presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO.
- Ensure all executive work products are meticulously detail-oriented and client-ready upon first review.
- Produce content that is both high-quality in substance and visually exceptional in design.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, ideally within a technology professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to ghostwrite for executive leadership and interact effectively at all levels.
- Meticulously detail-oriented with a design eye for creating visually superior presentation materials.
- Strong understanding of professional services workflows, contract proposals, and the technology landscape.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience delivering strategic support or consulting for US Federal Government clients.
- Advanced proficiency in presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in functional analysis or human-centered design to support high-end visual deliverables.
