Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a NOC Support Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure the reliability and performance of networks and IT services. Responsibilities include monitoring network health, troubleshooting network issues, leading support teams, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvements. The NOC Support Manager will also work closely with clients and internal teams to address technical concerns and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
- Experience with incident management, problem resolution, and team leadership
- Knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and system administration
- Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL are highly desirable
