Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a NOC Executive located in Jaipur
. The NOC Executive will be responsible for monitoring network operations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, ensuring service uptime, and assisting customers with network-related concerns. Day-to-day tasks include managing network performance, administering configurations, providing technical support to resolve issues, and collaborating with teams to maintain seamless communication services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Development and Network Administration, including configuration, optimization, and maintenance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client concerns
- Experience in Troubleshooting to resolve network and connectivity-related issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies is advantageous
- Certification in networking-related fields (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus
- Commitment to providing quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction
