Role: The Applied Scientist at NoBroker.com (and ConvoZen.AI) is expected to drive innovation through research and development of data science products that directly impact millions of users. This role is ideal for exceptionally smart individuals who combine strong theoretical foundations with hands-on skills to build production-ready systems and keep in touch with the latest technology trends. Successful candidates will be instrumental in defining the next generation of our AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities ● Conduct pioneering research into state-of-the-art algorithms, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Speech-to-Speech (STS) to solve complex challenges in AI. You will be responsible for staying ahead of the latest academic and industry advancements. ● Design, build, and deploy end-to-end, scalable AI-driven systems. This includes fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs and multi-modal models for real-time conversational AI, as well as developing novel applications based on your research. ● Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Your findings will directly influence the next generation of our products. ● Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and fellow scientists to translate research into impactful features. ● Foster and lead partnerships with academic institutions to drive joint research initiatives and publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals. ● Leverage your deep technical expertise in generative AI, distributed systems, and modern machine learning frameworks to build robust, scalable, and cutting-edge solutions that redefine user experiences.
