Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Café Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and pastries.

Operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment.

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant is preferred but not required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
