Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is partnering with an innovative AI-first SaaS company to hire a Customer Success Manager to support onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success.

Role Highlights
• Lead customer onboarding and enablement
• Build trusted client relationships
• Conduct trainings and business reviews
• Track customer health metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support

Requirements
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRMs
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area
In-office role; proximity to the office is strongly preferred
