<div><u>Job Summary</u></div><div>We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee our c-store operations. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency.</div><div> </div><div><u>Key Responsibilities</u></div><ul>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency</li>
<li>Manage and supervise a team of assistant managers and cashiers</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues </li>
<li>Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standard for our guests</li>
<li>Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations</li>
<li>Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing Director and vendors to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements </li>
</ul><div><u>Requirements</u></div><ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the c-store industry</li>
<li>HS diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills</li>
<li>A valid driver's license and ability to travel to visit multiple locations</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and urgencies simultaneously</li>
<li>Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods</li>
<li>Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays</li>
</ul><div><u>Working Conditions</u></div><ul>
<li>Work is performed primarily in a retail gas station setting, in varying weather conditions when outdoors, which may include snow, rain, excessive heat and cold.</li>
<li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
