Developer Relations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between Noble's blockchain and the developer community, fostering adoption and integration of Noble's native assets. Advocacy and Development Work closely with Noble’s marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment in all developer-focused resources Determine, monitor, and analyze key metrics related to developer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction to continuously improve Noble's developer relations strategy Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the cryptocurrency space and share relevant insights with the Noble team on how to enhance Noble's offerings to better serve our partners Collect and organize key developer and engineering data with a focus on fostering partnerships with asset issuers to both improve asset penetration and increase the total number of assets in the Noble ecosystem Community Engagement Represent Noble at blockchain and financial conferences, collaborate with the Community and Marketing Manager to host webinars, AMAs, and virtual events to showcase Noble’s product features, engage developers, and provide support Serve as the primary liaison between Noble and the greater cryptocurrency community by creating and maintaining relationships with developers, integrators and asset issuers Create educational content, including documentation, tutorials, and sample code to facilitate integration with Noble’s products Engage with developers across Discord, GitHub, and other platforms to gather feedback, provide support, answer technical questions, and foster collaboration Stablecoin & RWA Integration Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and their solutions to improve developer support efficiency Gather and analyze integrator feedback, bug reports, and feature requests, relaying critical insights to the product and engineering teams to inform the respective roadmaps Requirements  Have a deep knowledge of the key components of the Cosmos stack (CometBFT, Cosmos SDK, and IBC) as they relate to Noble’s product development Proven experience building, engaging, and growing developer communities, ideally in Web3, through platforms like GitHub, Discord, and Twitter/X Comfort with public speaking and presenting at conferences and community events, like Twitter Spaces Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge between technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting developer issues and gathering actionable feedback Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with minimal supervision, showing initiative in driving engagement Proficient in spoken and written English.
