Regional No7 Business Manager

Reporting to the territory management, You will lead and support advisors and counter managers in stores to create fantastic experiences every day for every customer and helping them achieve targets. This role requires travel You will build great relationships with stores, area and regional leaders and support them in agreeing their plans and commitments to achieve their goals You will provide expert beauty leadership for both brands. Lead recruitment regionally completing interviews To be a leader who will be a beauty advocate and love both our No7 and Liz Earle brands.
