Role Description
We are hiring a No-Code Web Developer (Shopify, WordPress, Webflow & Framer) to join the digital and technology team at Nkonnect Global Ventures.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanamkonda.
The No-Code Web Developer will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing websites using no-code/low-code platforms, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and excellent user experience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage websites using Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and Squarespace
- Design and build responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web pages
- Customize themes, templates, and layouts without heavy coding
- Set up and manage Shopify e-commerce stores (products, collections, payments, etc.)
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Integrate third-party tools such as forms, CRM, analytics, and automation tools
- Handle website updates, backups, and ongoing maintenance
- Troubleshoot website issues and fix bugs efficiently
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in no-code/low-code web development
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or Squarespace
- Strong understanding of website design, UX/UI, and responsiveness
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website optimization
- Experience with e-commerce setups and integrations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
