About the role
Bachelor's degree in business administration, emergency management, risk management, IT, healthcare administration, public health, public safety, homeland security or related field; 10+ years progressive experience in business continuity, crisis management, emergency management, disaster recovery, operational resilience, risk management, incident response, healthcare emergency preparedness, employee safety governance, executive protection governance, grant-funded program oversight or related disciplines; leadership experience in business impact analysis, continuity strategy, crisis response coordination, recovery planning, tabletop exercises, operational downtime exercises, executive reporting and cross-functional governance; 5+ years leadership experience preferred; radiological incident preparedness and federally funded healthcare coalitions experience preferred; CBCP, MBCP, MBCI, CEM, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor or similar certification preferred; must be willing to work unusual hours during emergencies.
