Golf Attendant

Stonebrook Driving Range, situated in Middleburg Heights, OH, is seeking a dedicated Golf Attendant to join our team. As a Golf Attendant at our driving range, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the driving range.

Customer Service:

· Greet golfers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with inquiries and providing information as requested.

· Address golfer concerns or issues promptly and courteously, striving to resolve problems to their satisfaction.

Course Maintenance:

· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the driving range property.

· Retrieve and clean golf balls from the driving range, ensuring an ample supply for golfers.

· Completes maintenance tasks on the property. In the event of needing to outsource repairs or maintenance contact management promptly.

· Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.

· Follows local and state building codes.

Cut grass and maintain landscaping to ensure a well-kept appearance of the property.

Safety and Security:

· Enforce course policies and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of golfers and staff.

· Monitor driving range activity to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, or theft.

· Report any safety hazards, damage, or suspicious activity to management promptly.

· Complies with all company safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

· General mechanical reasoning, visual/spatial relations abilities, and specific tool knowledge.

· Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is a plus.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.

· Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

· Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, and move around the golf course and facilities for extended periods.

· Capable of lifting and carrying golf bags, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
