Role Description
We are seeking a full-time NLP & MLP Research Scientist (Advanced Deep-Tech Innovations) for a hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial remote work. The selected individual will lead research and development initiatives, focusing on NLP and machine learning projects. Responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced algorithms, developing and fine-tuning machine learning applications, analyzing large-scale data sets, and contributing to publications and white papers. The researcher will work collaboratively with our technical and product teams to advance deep-technology solutions and drive innovation in AI-focused ownership models.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning Paradigms (MLP), including proficiency in algorithms and language models.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face, with experience in deploying machine learning applications.
- Experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, and processing large-scale datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Expertise in AI research, including a record of publishing papers or contributing to the field of NLP or machine learning.
- Ability to work in a collaborative research environment while driving independent tasks to completion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a flair for innovation.
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field preferred; exceptional candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with blockchain and digital finance technologies is a plus.
- Interest in the intersection of AI, ownership models, and digital economy trends is highly beneficial.
