Role Description
We are seeking a full-time NLP & MLP Research Scientist to join our advanced deep-tech innovations team. This hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home on select occasions. The successful candidate will engage in designing, implementing, and optimizing NLP and machine learning algorithms, conducting research for next-generation AI technologies, and developing scalable AI solutions. Additional responsibilities include analyzing datasets, publishing research findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of AI-driven products that align with Birbal AI's mission.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning Programming (MLP).
- Strong proficiency in algorithm design, optimization techniques, and model implementation for AI solutions.
- Comprehensive experience with data analysis, dataset preprocessing, and conducting structured research.
- Knowledge of advanced AI concepts such as deep learning, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in programming and technical skills, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Ability to collaborate and solve complex problems in a cross-functional team environment.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience publishing research or contributions to the AI community is a strong advantage.
