Role Overview: As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in building a high-performing team by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best talent in the HFT space. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role demands a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in quantitative trading and technology. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and assess top talent across quantitative research, trading, and software engineering roles. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive engagement and networking. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, campus hiring, employee referrals, and industry events. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence. Partner with universities and build relationships with top-tier institutions to attract early talent. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within HFT, quantitative finance, hedge funds, or technology sectors. Proven ability to attract and hire top talent in a highly competitive market. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, naukri and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. Passion for finance, trading, and technology is a plus. Why Join Us?
