We are searching for an Invoicing and Data Management Specialist to join our Finance Team! Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented and a serious multitasker. If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you’ll thrive in this work environment. 


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • You will serve as a gateway for new accounts being set up on EDI invoicing and ensures new customers are appropriately setup in ABS to correctly receive their invoicing
  • You will build, document and maintain Customer Invoice Matrix
  • You will work with Sales Operations to integrate, maintain and enhance the relationship between Sales and Finance
  • You will perform billing for key customers on weekly or monthly basis
  • You will ensure Data Processing procedures are followed with quarterly re-routes/transfers
  • You will drive value and manage projects focused on streamlining the back-office functions
  • You will continually suggest and implement process improvements
  • You will be the back-up for customer care associates and first point of contact for Customer Care escalation calls


Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL REQUIRE:

  • Associate's degree or required equivalent related work experience
  • 4 years of customer service experience required
  • Proven working knowledge of MS Office is required. Knowledge of in-house computer programs preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to solve complex customer service issues
  • Good working knowledge and skill in operating computers, data entry and office equipment, etc. required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently under limited supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
