Location : Mangalore Gender Preference : male Experience : 0 to 1.5 years experience preferred Candidate is required to have following skillsets: 1. Knowledge on using HRMS tool 2. Data handling 3. Good at Excel 4. Fair logical skills 5. Good and clear communication skills (Both verbal & Written) 6. Should be able to multitask 7. Should be ready to work under pressure 8. Should carry a masters degree 9. Should be ready to travel between Udupi & Mangalore once a week Department HR - Operations Open Positions 1 Skills Required Human Resource Management Role Onboarding / Documentation / BGV Ensure seamless onboarding process for all new joiners Handle employee onboarding on HRMS Handle end to end BGV process Stakeholder Delight & Management / R&R Scheduling connect sessions for new joiners with different vertical heads Work on monthly R&R - intiating the request on system to closure Analytics/ Reports/ Contract extentions & Exits/Adhoc Tasks Working on creating various trackers on need basis, Adhoc reports, presentations and analytics Mediclaim Handle Mediclaim insurance for employees (Address mediclaim queries / take up sessions on mediclaim etc )
