About the Role: We are looking for a passionate front-end developer who wants to join a dynamic startup and help shape the future of Policy as a Service. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user-facing features using Typescript/React, integrating with REST APIs in a microservices architecture while ensuring efficient and performant implementation Implement and maintain a component library to ensure design consistency and development efficiency Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences Optimize applications for performance and scallability Improve developers' experience and build the framework for building robust web applications Make technical and product decisions Lead features implementation, coordinating full stack development Deliver high quality code, balancing business and engineering needs
