Institute for Academic Excellence (IAE) is expanding its consulting team and is looking for an Accreditation Specialist who combines analytical thinking, accreditation expertise, and executive-level presentation skills.
What You'll Do
- Analyze institutional data for NIRF, NAAC, and NBA frameworks.
- Conduct data validation, benchmarking, and performance gap analysis.
- Develop strategic score-improvement recommendations based on data insights.
- Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Present institutional performance analysis to Vice Chancellors, Directors, Principals, and College Managements.
- Work directly with higher education institutions to support accreditation and ranking initiatives.
- Stay updated with changes in national ranking and accreditation methodologies.
- We're Looking For
- M.Tech or PhD with 3–8 years of experience in Higher Education Accreditation or Institutional Rankings
- Strong understanding of NIRF, NAAC, NBA, IQAC processes, and institutional quality frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with senior academic leaders and management teams.
- Willingness to travel to client institutions across India.
