Transmission Planning Engineer

Nira is hiring Transmission Planning Engineers to join the product team comprised of half planning engineers and half software engineers. In this role, you'll work with other planning engineers and software engineers to build products that help renewable developers put together successful project portfolios. Specifically, you'll: • Focus on deepening and expanding your transmission planning and generator interconnection studies subject matter expertise. • Work with software engineers and product managers to codify your domain knowledge into Nira's software products' backend. • Support the full product life cycle including product ideation, research and development, coding, sales support, customer support, and product maintenance.
