Logistics Associate

Nippon Express USA is hiring. Come join our team! Position Summary: The Logistics Associate will be responsible for supporting the operations team in processing and tracking shipments. This includes preparing documentation, coordinating transportation, and communicating with customers and carriers. The Logistics Associate will also assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities: - Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading, airway bills, and commercial invoices - Coordinate transportation arrangements with carriers and monitor shipment progress - Communicate with customers and carriers to provide status updates and resolve any issues - Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed - Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations a plus
