Responsibilities

  • Export Strategy Development: Formulate and implement export sales strategies for NIPHA Farm Solutions, with a primary focus on the African market at first.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets for the company's agricultural machinery, expanding beyond Africa when feasible.
  • R&D Collaboration: Work closely with R&D team to develop and innovate product. 
  • Team Work: Work with senior leadership (Executive Director) to formulate short, medium and long term strategy
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, dealers, and clients to drive sales growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all export regulations, including documentation, shipping, and legal requirements for each target market.
  • Sales Targets: Set and achieve export sales targets, aligning with the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand regional needs, competition, and potential barriers to entry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of export operations Requirements:
