Nightingale International Secondary School is seeking dynamic and dedicated Primary Level Teacher to teach English, Mathematics and Computer Science. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the developmental needs of lower secondary students. Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience, particularly in Computer classes. Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment. Conduct regular assessments to monitor and evaluate student progress. Provide timely, constructive feedback to guide student improvement and address individual learning needs. Work closely with colleagues and the administration to coordinate curriculum planning, share best practices, and integrate interdisciplinary activities. Engage with parents and guardians by providing regular updates on student performance and addressing any concerns. Participate in professional development sessions, staff meetings, and educational workshops. Stay current with emerging teaching methodologies, subject trends, and technology integration strategies.
