8:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST and 4:00 AM – 9:30 AM IST
Department: Purchase / Sourcing / Imports
Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Business Owner
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchase Executive who can manage international sourcing from China for packaging, printing, restaurant supplies, customized products, and other related items.
The candidate will be responsible for finding vendors through platforms like Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, 1688, and similar sourcing platforms, sending RFQs, comparing prices, negotiating with suppliers, finalizing vendors, placing orders, coordinating payments, tracking production, and arranging shipments from China to Canada.
This is a remote role and requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, vendor communication, and the ability to work during split shifts aligned with China and Canada business hours.
