Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Night Operations Manager to oversee and manage key operational processes and ensure the smooth running of our remote activities during nighttime hours. The role involves managing teams, ensuring high customer service standards, supervising virtual sessions, and coordinating logistics to support our mission of delivering engaging online learning experiences. As a remote position, the successful candidate will communicate with team members across time zones and ensure efficient execution of nightly operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Supervisory Skills to oversee and improve nightly workflows and processes
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with team members and uphold high service quality standards
- Experience in Training staff for their roles, ensuring operational readiness, and fostering professional development among team members
- Attention to detail and the ability to address challenges promptly
- Proficiency in using standard business and communication tools for remote collaboration
- Previous experience in managing remote teams and educational or e-learning operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
