Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Manager, based in Gurugram Sector 65. The Night Manager will oversee the nighttime operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities include supervising the premises, assisting members, coordinating with staff, managing security and maintenance protocols, and handling member inquiries or requests efficiently. Additionally, the Night Manager will monitor safety, maintain order, and provide exemplary customer service to ensure a welcoming and secure environment for all users.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle facility operations and member requests effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with members and resolve concerns professionally
- Experience in facility management, security coordination, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with management or booking systems
- Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to multitask during nighttime hours
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response measures
- Proactive attitude, team collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently as required
- Previous experience in co-working spaces or shared facility management is a plus
