Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Night Auditor role located in Thane. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing end-of-day procedures, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role also involves addressing guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and managing cash and credit transactions. The Night Auditor will ensure seamless night operations and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests
- Experience in Cash Handling and balancing financial transactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and reports
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work night shifts and strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage
