ProHire Network – Recruitment & Training is partnering with a premium luxury resort in Kerala to identify a meticulous and dependable Night Auditor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing guest interaction with financial precision, ensuring smooth overnight operations.
About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you will be the key point of contact during night hours—responsible for guest services while also managing end-of-day financial processes. Your role ensures operational continuity, accuracy in reporting, and a safe, seamless guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage late-night check-ins and early check-outs with professionalism and warmth
- Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth overnight operations
- Review and reconcile daily financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify postings, payments, and room revenue for accuracy
- Prepare and generate daily operational and financial reports
- Close daily transactions in the PMS and ensure system accuracy
- Maintain records, logs, and reports for management review
- Oversee the property during night hours, ensuring safety and security
- Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Front Office or Night Audit roles within hospitality
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts
